Description of Work Performed: Installation of spotlight located over a fireplace mantle.

Review:  The owner Nathan responded quickly in coming over for the free estimate he offers.  He was very thorough in thinking things through and giving me suggestions.  He was able to get his two-man crew over to the job in a timely manner.

Robert and Darwin were great!  They were punctual, offered to put slippies over their shoes.  They were polite and friendly.  I felt very comfortable having them in my home to the point that if I had to leave for any reason, I would be fine leaving them alone in my house.

They did a great job with the install.  I will have them back should I need any electrical work done in my home.  I did have two other estimates before hiring Alpha and Omega Electric and am glad I decided to go with Nathan’s company.

Description of Work Performed:  Installation of ductless heat pump system.

Review:  Nathan did an excellent job for a reasonable price, putting in the current needed for a ductless heat pump system.  I trust him implicitly, would use him again, and would refer him to any friends.  A+++

I had Nathan do the electrical work for my heating pumps instead of the company that actually installed the pumps.  If I remember correctly, he worked about 10 hours in the pouring rain.  The company installing the pumps had said I would need a new circuit box to handle the pumps and also told me I would need three outdoor units for the three indoor pumps.  Nathan disagreed with this and told this to the company installing the pumps.  Everything is working beautifully with just one unit outside.

Description of Work Performed:  Residential electrical panel work.

Review:  Thursday night the main breaker for my house quit working and everything went dark.  I looked on Angie’s list for local electricians and called the top-rated ones.  The others either didn’t call me back or were too busy to get to me in a timely fashion.  I got hold of Nathan at Alpha and Omega around 9:00 a.m. Friday morning. He was on another job in Seattle, but said he’d finish up and see me around 1:00 p.m.  Around 11:00 a.m. he called to say he’d found a breaker and did I want him to install it.  I said yes, and by 2:00 p.m. the job was done and I was back up and running!

Nathan was professional (emailed a detailed estimate prior to work starting), punctual (arrived by 1:15 and got right to work) and pleasant.  He also took the time to explain as he went along and answer my questions.  I’ve found an electrician I can believe in.

Description of Work Performed:  Installation of SONOS sound system and wiring and mounting of flat screen TV.

Review:  The electricians did a great job consolidating my wires and running them so they are not visible.  My sounds system is fantastic and I can control it from my cell phone and computer.  I have had Alpha and Omega Electric do work for me before and if I ever need more electrical work done they are my first choice.

Description of Work Performed:  Troubleshooting for a disrupted residential electrical system.

Review:  The owner came and within 30 to 45 minutes was able to determine that another outlet on the series had a wire that came loose and caused a short.  I’m glad he found it because you could see where the loose wire had arced and it could have started a fire.

Nathan was knowledgeable and had good follow up after the fact.  He was very honest and candid with me and very consumer-minded.  I really appreciate that about him, as well as his ability to think outside the box.  He fixed the issue fully and I have hired him back for some more extensive work.

Review:  After finding Alpha and Omega Electric on Angies List then crossing checking them against the BBB, I found they rated an A+ and I completely agree!  From the first call I made to them (answered by a friendly receptionist who put me right through to the owner Nathan) to writing out a check for services rendered, this company was very friendly and professional.  The work on our home required work up in the attic as well as under the house.  The assistant Darwin did most of the work under the house and was very friendly answering all my questions (yes, even under the house) and he was fearless around spiders.  When I was not happy with the placement of a thermostat on the wall he very kindly obliged me and moved it up a bit.

Nathan was very professional responding to my e-mails quickly and very accommodating to any changes we needed to make.  The whole project went smoothly and I would hire this company to work on my home again.  I absolutely recommend Alpha and Omega Electric.
